Summary
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in Birmingham?
We are currently working with a hand full of diverse primary schools across Birmingham who are seeking Supply Teachers to join their dynamic teams.
As this a supply role you will be working both on a part time and full-time basis depending on the specific school's needs, we are looking for both KS1 and KS2 supply Teachers who are flexible and able to work confidently across multiple primary settings. This role would be perfect for ECTs who are looking to gain more experience working across multiple primary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.
Uphold the school's values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong classroom management skills.
A commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a supply teaching role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
