Summary
Support worker working with learning disability mental health alcohol abuse adults in care setting in main base and in own homes
Support with personal care prompt medication
Support with all household duties
Support to appointments
Work as part of a team
Must have experience in above also be driver and hold an SVQ in Social Care or be willing to work towards this
