• have experience of working within a school setting and be highly proactive and committed to going that extra mile to ensure pupils achieve the best they possibly can;
• have experience of planning and undertaking activities within the EYFS curriculum that have a positive impact on pupils and their learning outcomes;
• be able to communicate with all staff and pupils;
• display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies;
• an understanding of, and prior experience of supporting children with special needs is desirable
