A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Toolmaker to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bromsgrove Area!
With no day ever being the same the Toolmaker role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating toolroom equipment including; Spark Eroders / Lathes / Grinders / Milling / Universal Grinders
- Setting and operating of all Toolroom measuring equipment.
- Modify and repair Fastener tooling equipment
- Work to tight aerospace tolerances
- Continuous tool development to support the production requirements
- Ensuring everything is followed to the correct health and safety standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a toolroom environment within manufacturing ]
- Proven ability to work to tight aerospace tolerances
- Ability to carry out troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to read technical drawings and specifications
