A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Toolmaker to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bromsgrove Area!

With no day ever being the same the Toolmaker role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating toolroom equipment including; Spark Eroders / Lathes / Grinders / Milling / Universal Grinders
  • Setting and operating of all Toolroom measuring equipment.
  • Modify and repair Fastener tooling equipment
  • Work to tight aerospace tolerances
  • Continuous tool development to support the production requirements
  • Ensuring everything is followed to the correct health and safety standards

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a toolroom environment within manufacturing ]
  • Proven ability to work to tight aerospace tolerances
  • Ability to carry out troubleshooting skills
  • Must be able to read technical drawings and specifications
