Summary
This is a rare opportunity to have full P&L ownership of a major sales channel with a proven product line.
The Opportunity:
Build and scale our Amazon presence from its current position
Work directly with founder & MD
Join at the perfect inflection point - proven product-market fit, ready to scale
Remote-first role
Key Responsibilities:
Launch and optimize Amazon presence across EU markets (UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL)
Own the full Amazon P&L - from pricing strategy to inventory planning
Manage FBA operations, listings optimization, and review generation
Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for profitable growth
Develop and implement strategies to win Buy Box and category rankings
Coordinate with our operations team for inventory forecasting
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record scaling brands on Amazon
3+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
Expert-level knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and ranking algorithms
Experience with FBA inventory management and forecasting
Strong analytical skills with focus on unit economics
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience launching brands in multiple Amazon marketplaces
Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
Background in D2C e-commerce
Understanding of EU and Amazon FMCG dept
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: £45,000.00
Performance bonuses up to 25% of base salary
Fully remote with flexible hours
