Summary
To manage a clinical caseload with service users who require support to access the Forensic Recovery College To be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team To provide assessment and interventions via individual and course work related to the Forensic Recovery College To lead on the service development with the Forensic Recovery College Provide clinical supervision to junior colleagues and OT students on fieldwork placement Contribute to and carry out risk assessment and risk management plans To work independently without direct supervision Develop psychosocial learning To support students to access the Forensic Recovery College To ensure that up to date electronic and written records are maintained in accordance with Professional and Trust standards To attend all relevant mandatory training as directed by the Trust To contribute to CPD through participation in internal and external training and other development opportunities To maintain and update a CPD portfolio To contribute to the teams clinical governance and quality agenda To ensure practice is evidence based To demonstrate understanding and application of national guidelines and legislation relating to mental health & social care provision Observe and apply Health and Safety regulations To always apply risk management procedures To promote and facilitate offender involvement in own clinical area To participate in the development of the Recovery College within own clinical area
