Summary
Female Support Worker - On-Call Team (Driver Required) Location: Bournemouth BH9 Pay: £13.66 per hour On-Call Retainer: £15 (weeknights), £25 (weekends) Contract: Part-time, Permanent Expected Hours: 15-25 per week Shifts: Day and Night (two-week rolling rota)
We're seeking resilient, flexible, and compassionate female support workers to join our On-Call team, delivering high-quality care to adults with learning and/or physical disabilities. Due to the personal nature of this role, it is open to female applicants only (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1). A full UK manual driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals with personal care and daily activities

Responding to staff sickness, covering shifts, and handling emergencies

Coordinating cover and assisting with admin duties

Providing telephone and in-person support to lone workers

Collecting prescriptions and assisting with appointments
Shift Patterns Include:
Vacancy 1 (25 hours/week) Week 1:

Monday: 5pm-10pm (overnight on-call)

Wednesday: 7am-12pm (overnight on-call)

Friday: 7am-10pm (overnight on-call) Week 2:

Sunday: 7am-10pm (overnight on-call)
