Summary
Keep calm and control the chaos!
We're on the hunt for someone who can juggle timetables, trouble-shoot last-minute changes and still have time to ensure every exam paper is exactly where it needs to be. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who makes sure assessments happen smoothly, securely and stress-free (well, for the students at least!).What you'll be doing:Coordinate the full exam cycle, from entries and timetables to results and certificatesManage exam data, liaise with awarding bodies and ensure compliance with JCQ regulationsSupport students and staff with guidance, updates and the occasional pep talkTrain invigilators, solve logistical puzzles and keep everything on track, even wen the unexpected happensDeputise for the Exams Manager when needed (hero cape optional)You will:Have a sharp eye for detail and a calm head under pressureHave excellent organisational and communication skillsHave experience in administration, ideally in an exams or education settingBe confident with systems, spreadsheets and the occasional curveballHave a commitment to confidentiality, compliance and keep things running smoothly
