Greenhill School is a successful, highly respected special school located in the village of Rhiwbina and Ely, Cardiff with 95 pupils on roll aged 11-19 with a primary need of social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
We are a friendly, trauma informed school with high aspirations for all our pupils. Please note that therapy dogs are an integral part of the school’s work and the school’s film can be accessed through this QR code.Please feel free to give us a call, so that you may arrange a visit, if you think you would like to come and work with us at our unique school. We would love to hear from you. Internal candidates who wish to apply for this position on a secondment basis must obtain approval prior to application using Form SEC1 (4.C.081). Requests may only be approved by the relevant Chief Officer or senior nominated officer graded no lower than OM2 or in the case of schools based staff the Headteacher / Governing Body.
Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
