Winstanley College employs approximately 200 staff and around 2300 students, aged 16-19, who are enrolled on full time AS/A level courses or mixed programmes of A level and vocational courses. Purpose of the Position We are seeking to appoint a flexible and adaptable candidate who will go the extra mile in helping students achieve academic excellence. Reporting to the Head of Learning Support, you will support the head of department in all elements of SEN/D identification, provision, monitoring and support and will be one of College’s Access arrangements Assessors. You will liaise with students, parents/carers and relevant professionals to ensure all students’ needs are met and that all individuals have the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
