The Role
As Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Mathematics, you will:
- Lead the strategic development of the Mathematics curriculum across all key stages.
- Drive excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring high standards of progress and attainment.
- Support and develop a team of dedicated mathematics teachers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Use data effectively to inform planning, intervention, and curriculum design.
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and improvement planning.

- Is an exceptional teacher of Mathematics with a proven track record of success.
- Has experience in curriculum leadership or middle/senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of pedagogy, assessment, and curriculum innovation.

- Has the leadership skills to inspire, challenge, and support both staff and students.
