Summary
We are currently seeking an interim ERP Deployment Lead, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, but travel will be required to another office based in the London area, possibly 3-4 times a week. This is a full-time temporary role to start ASAP and to run until 31st Dec 2027, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £88,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to lead the Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B process workstreams within our global ERP transformation programme for Ice Cream. This is a strategic role focused on designing, refining, and executing core processes that will shape the future operating model across multiple markets.
As the Process Lead, you will collaborate with global and local teams to ensure the end-to-end design is future-fit, scalable, and fully aligned with business and IT requirements. Your deep domain expertise in fleet management and eB2B implementation will be critical to delivering success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process design for Cabinet (Fleet) Management and eB2B channels as part of the ERP programme
- Translate business requirements into future-state process flows, ensuring alignment with ERP system capabilities
- Work closely with markets to understand local nuances, regulatory needs, and implementation challenges
- Partner with BAU and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and robust integration of solutions
- Support the development of deployment toolkits, training, and change management materials
- Represent the process area in governance meetings, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved quickly
What You'll Bring
- Strong expertise in Cabinet / Fleet Management-including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and field operations
- Hands-on experience with eB2B implementation-ideally across multiple markets or geographies
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and how they enable core business processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex transformation environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution effectively
