Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to lead a busy vehicle maintenance operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (DVSA, Road Traffic Act, Health & Safety).
- Drive productivity, reduce costs, and maintain service excellence.
- Support strategic planning and continuous improvement of maintenance systems and procedures.
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure value for money.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in workshop or fleet management
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance compliance and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
You’ll be working on residential properties, so attention to detail and a professional attitude are essential.
