This permanent role offers the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering exciting and engaging lessons that equip students with vital culinary skills and knowledge. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, you'll join a supportive department with excellent facilities and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities
•
Teach Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
•
Deliver engaging, practical lessons focused on nutrition, cookery, and food science
•
Use assessment data to guide planning and support pupil progress
•
Maintain a safe and organised food preparation environment
•
Promote healthy living and a love for cooking
•
Contribute to department development and enrichment activities
Qualifications and Experience
•
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•
Experience teaching Food Technology in a secondary setting
•
Strong practical skills and knowledge of nutrition and safety procedures
•
Excellent classroom management and communication
•
ECTs welcome - full induction and mentoring available
•
A passion for food, creativity, and hands-on learning
