About the RoleTeacherActive are working closely with a respected mainstream secondary school in Worcester seeking a committed and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025.
This role will initially be for the first term, with the potential to extend.Key Details:

3 days working with KS3 & KS4

2 days working with KS5

Must be comfortable supporting students across all secondary year groups
Your Responsibilities Will Include:✅ 1:1 student support
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:
✅ Small group interventions
✅ Adapting support for diverse learning needs
✅ Specialised support for students with Autism
✅ Behavioural strategy implementation
✅ Liaising with teachers, SENDCo, SLT, and parents/carers
✅ Tracking and monitoring student progress
✅ Creating a positive and inclusive learning environmentâœ”ï¸ Minimum 12 months experience supporting children with Autism
