As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing residents needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering personalised nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
Monitoring residents conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintaining accurate residents records and documentation.
Providing support and guidance to residents and their families.
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and resident-centred approach to care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable.
