About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead meaningful neighbourhood-level change in the heart of Lincoln. Through our Imps Together project—funded by the National Lottery Community Fund—you’ll work directly with residents of the Sincil Bank area, supporting community outreach, cost of living support, cultural understanding, and capacity building.
You’ll connect with people of all ages, support the development of community projects, deliver training and events, and collaborate with local organisations—all while representing the trusted name of Lincoln City Football Club.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in community engagement or development
- A great communicator who builds relationships with ease
- Creative, organised, and resilient
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required
- Passionate about equality, inclusion, and collaboration
