Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase occupancy and revenue
Work with management to review business goals, services offered, and target audiences to define marketing needs
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings
Plan and implement online campaigns to promote company services using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads
Collaborate with the marketing and lettings team to support campaigns and events
Track performance, prepare reports, and contribute to business development strategies
