Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive assistance to the CEO and executive team at Essex Wildlife Trust, including the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) and the Board of Trustees.

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative, secretarial and governance support in all aspects of work, and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders at all levels, screening calls, responding to enquiries, redirecting, and scheduling as appropriate, always in a professional and engaged manner.

This role is well suited to applicants with prior Executive Assistant/PA (Personal Assistant) experience, or equivalent, at a senior level in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

This role requires exceptional organisational and time management skills, and a demonstrable ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

This role is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week (these hours can be delivered flexibly). The salary is £35,488 per annum. Benefits include free life assurance, logo clothing and parking, and company sick pay provisions.
