Summary
Provide clinical care (including associated administration) via face to face, telephone and digital consultations, this may include home visits. Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to guide patient management. Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and minor injuries, providing continuity of care for patients. Offer preventive healthcare services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and health promotion advice. Collaborate as needed with external stakeholders, to facilitate coordinated care for patients.
