Are you an experienced AC/HVAC Engineer looking for a stable role in Rochester?

  • Job Title: Air Conditioning (AC) & HVAC Engineer
  • Location: Rochester, Kent
  • Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per year
  • Work Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, with on-call requirements)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer to join our team, responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at a key commercial site.

What you'll do:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of AC and HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and fix faults efficiently.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing.
  • Be part of an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies (with additional pay).
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in maintaining and fault-finding on commercial HVAC systems (e.g., packaged units, air handling units, split systems).
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving license.
