A growing consultancy based in Covent Garden are seeking a Receptionist to join their busy team! You must be able to travel into the office 5 days a week!
Your new role
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
- Opening and closing of the office / building
- Answering the phone and fielding queries
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept presentable at all times
- Arranging couriers
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar position where you are able to commute into the office 5 days a week!
