Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance and Repair Engineer to support our network of bubble tea shops. From sealing machines to refrigeration systems, you’ll ensure our equipment is always operating at peak performance to keep our stores running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment (e.g. tea brewers, ice machines, fridges).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently.
• Support installation and setup of new equipment in upcoming store locations, maintain accurate service logs and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene standards.
• Respond to emergency repair calls and minimise downtime during operational hours
Who are we looking for (qualifications, experience and skills)
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance or as a field technician (ideally in F&B or retail).
• Basic electrical, mechanical, or HVAC knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel between store locations (a driving licence is a plus).
• A positive attitude and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
