Summary

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.

• Work closely with a skilled multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic support.
• Manage challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Primary Teachers with experience in SEMH or a strong interest in working in this setting.
• A resilient, flexible, and patient approach.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A commitment to helping every child achieve their potential.
