What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar early years role
• Sound knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, positive approach and commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in early years education

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive setting
• Support the emotional and physical wellbeing of each child through consistent care and encouragement
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, offering regular updates on their child’s progress
• Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and early years statutory frameworks (EYFS)
