Are you a caring, creative, and qualified early years professional looking to make a lasting impact? We’re looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s warm team in a nurturing environment where every child is celebrated.

What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar early years role
- Sound knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, positive approach and commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in early years education
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive setting
- Support the emotional and physical wellbeing of each child through consistent care and encouragement
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, offering regular updates on their child’s progress
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and early years statutory frameworks (EYFS)
