Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible hours and variety? We work with a variety of nurseries and early years settings across the area and offer flexible shifts to suit you.

What You’ll Do

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Build warm, nurturing relationships with children, families, and nursery teams
• Adapt easily to different nursery settings and follow their daily routines
• Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children aged 0–5
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (Level 3 welcome!)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Confidence to work flexibly across different nurseries and client sites
• A proactive, reliable attitude and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to travel between locations (driving licence desirable but not essential)
