Summary
Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) | £50,000-£58,000 (dependent on experience) | 42 Hours per Week
Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their as a Clinical Lead Nurse, working 42 hours per week. What the Service is Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN (essential)
- Previous experience in a senior nurse or clinical lead role
- Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of elderly care needs
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to delivering outstanding care in a respectful and supportive environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care
