Summary
Caretaker – Rochdale
3 Days per Week
Pay: £14.50 – £20.00 per Hour
Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable caretaker to join our team at a private Build to Rent (BTR) accommodation in Rochdale. This is a part-time role, working three days per week, with immediate start available for the right candidate.
Caretaker Requirements:
• Must hold a valid DBS check to gain full access to the property
• Previous experience in property maintenance, hotel maintenance, or student accommodation preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
Caretaker Duties will include:
• General property maintenance and repair tasks
• Taking water temperature readings and recording them
• Lock repairs
• Descaling
• Siliconing and re-sealing
• Fire alarm tests
• Recording and reporting faults
• Bin rotation
• Other ad hoc maintenance tasks as required
This position would suit a well-rounded handyman or caretaker with a broad skill set and a proactive approach.
