Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train, and support front-of-house staff to maintain excellent customer service.
Manage bookings and handle customer enquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-presented at all times.
Monitor staff performance and support team development.
Check stock levels of front-of-house supplies and assist in ordering when needed.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
