Summary
We’re seeking a Rental Sales Advisor to join our team who will provide exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion to exceed customers’ expectations. As a Rental Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting them in finding the perfect rental solution tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen attentively to understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate rental options
- Conduct vehicle inspections and documentation to ensure rentals are in optimal condition
- Process reservations, rental agreements, and payments accurately
- Provide clear and concise explanations of rental terms, conditions, and insurance coverage
- Promote add-on services, such as additional insurance coverage, to enhance customers' rental experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the rental team to manage fleet availability and ensure proper vehicle maintenance
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
What We Need from You:
- To deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers, manage customer queries to exceed sales targets with business and leisure clients.
- To be able to support your team and different departments, be able to obtain detailed information and form decisions based on customer profile and business needs.
- Reliable and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Full and clean UK driving licence
