Summary
Main responsibilities include providing visible leadership for the portfolio of responsibility and across the Trust, acting as a positive role model, using influencing skills and being an ambassador for excellence in patient care. Supporting staff to achieve best possible outcomes for patients and achieving all components of the nursing practice assurance framework. Additionally, providing pastoral support to staff ensuring health and well being is promoted at all times. Taking responsibility for best use of financial resources. Contributing to transformation programmes and facilitating innovations.
