Summary
OPD HCA requirements: Must be able to work independently and under pressure as well as working within specific timeframes Must have some theatre experience (e.g. aseptic technique) Must have completed Care Certificate Good communication skills (both verbal and written) as we work with a large volume of patients and MDT on a daily basis Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems. Must be adaptable to fast changing environments due to the nature of clinic work. Must be flexible within a working week Good timekeeping Be able to learn from mistakes and take constructive feedback positively.
