Summary
Location: Birmingham Bullring (Exact Unit TBC)
Job Title: Retail Security Officer
Start Date: 14th August 2025
Hours: 4 on 4 off (Average 8-hour shift)
Schedule: 11:30–19:30, Monday to Sunday
Requirements:
✅ SIA Door Supervisor license (mandatory)
✅ Clear communication and proficient English skills
✅ Good customer service skills
✅ Smart and well presented
✅ Previous retail or security experience (1 year)
✅ ASCONE retail experience preferred (training can be provided if you don't have it)
Uniform:
➥ Option 1: Smart black suit with a blazer, white shirt, and smart black shoes
➥ Option 2: Black polo, black tactical trousers, and security boots
Probation:
➥ 3 months, with pay uplift upon successful completion
Pay:
➥ National Minimum Wage (with an increase after probation)
