Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving business performance? We're looking for a Management Accountant to join our dynamic team in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Variance analysis and financial reporting
- Costing and pricing analysis
- Maintaining and updating Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Participating in and overseeing periodic stock takes, including reconciliation and valuation
- Collaborating with operations and commercial teams to improve cost control and profitability
What you'll need to succeed
- UK-based candidate with the right to work in the UK.
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of BOM structures and costings.
- Familiarity with stock control processes and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
