About the Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to pupils, helping them reach their full potential. You’ll support students both one-on-one and in small groups, assisting with classroom activities and contributing to a positive learning atmosphere.
This role is perfect for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in education and take a meaningful step towards a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or related fields.
Your Responsibilities: Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Support pupils’ learning and development across a range of subjects
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Help prepare and deliver engaging learning activities
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement lesson plans
• Communicate progress and concerns effectively with staff and parents
What We’re Looking For: Graduate Teaching Assistant
• A graduate with a 2:1 or above in Education, Psychology, or a related subject
• A passion for working with children and supporting their learning journeys
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners
• Previous experience is a bonus but not essential
