Staff Nurse
Band 5 - Full time-37.5 hours per week- Permanent
The Stamford unit are currently looking to recruit a Band 5 Registered Nurse
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our award winning service and developing integrated organisation. If you are a self-motivated, dynamic individual with a passion for Intermediate care, this could be the position for you.
You must be able to display effective communication skills with patients, family, carers as well as the wider multi professional workforce.
The Staff Nurse will work as part of the Health and Social Care Team, be multiskilled and will work across the various disciplines. They will provide planned care and be able to take appropriate action to achieve the planned aims. The Staff Nurse will be proficient, competent and require minimum supervision. The role specific higher technical/clinical skills of the post will be further enhanced as part of an induction programme during the first 6-12 months of employment with supervised assessed competencies being signed off by a registered professional.
