Key responsibilities:
Conduct monthly contractual inspections and audits including: grounds maintenance checks; accommodation checks; cleaning standards; food standards; tailoring services; laundry services; Service Support Desk (SSD) performance; Performance Management Report (PMR); Works Notification Register (WNR); arrival and dispersal reports; and accident reports.
React to complaints and faults and investigate issues including pest control and report findings back to key stakeholders.
Maintain relevance of the contract: complete Statements of Need (SON); reviewing action on Change Notices (CN); ensure all Change paperwork is completed and authorised; and request regular stakeholder updates on outstanding CNs.
Act as the Contract Management Team (CMT) Services representative at: Pre-Contract Management Board monthly meetings; Change meetings; RSME Gp site coordination meetings; and SMAC liaison meetings.
Undertake planned site assurance visits on a quarterly basis.
Establish sound partnering relationship with suppliers and other key Trg Sp stakeholders.
Deputise for the Services Lead if required, including representation at meetings.
Change Manager for the PPP Contract, ensuring Contract Changes are recorded and progressed in line with contract requirement. Co-Chair Monthly Change Meetings, reporting outcomes and issues to the CMT.
