We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join us for this exciting new chapter: someone who wants to develop their skills, be part of a close-knit and professional team, and contribute to something genuinely special.

Fresh from a multi-million-pound refurbishment and recently ranked No.7 in The Times Top 100 Places to Stay. At the heart of the hotel is The Nest, our 2 AA Rosette restaurant, We’ve also just launched our new indoor–outdoor terrace. A more relaxed space featuring a top-of-the-range pizza oven and an evolving menu of wood-fired sourdough pizzas and seasonal small plates.

What you'll be doing:

• Running your section with confidence and consistency

• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily prep and service

• Helping to train and guide junior members of the team

• Contributing ideas for new dishes, specials and service improvements

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 years’ experience as a CDP in a quality-driven kitchen

• A real passion for food, presentation and seasonal ingredients

• A calm, reliable and positive approach to service

• Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment
