Summary
To provide person centred care for residents in a care home in Kendal. Delivering care as detailed in individual care plans promoting independence and choice at all times.
Engaging in activities both group and individual.
Experience in the role beneficial but not essential as training will be arranged.
Working as a Team to maintain high levels/standards of care
Full time hours - Part time would be considered.
Ability to work days and nights desirable.
Shift pattern 8-8 days and night. including weekend cover
