Are you a data-savvy investigator with a desire for fair play? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to lead the fight against ticket misuse and fraud.

In this role, you will:
• Analyse large datasets to spot suspicious activity
• Lead investigations into ticketing breaches
• Manage sanctions and appeals from start to finish
• Work matchdays with a dedicated team, handling live incidents

You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our ticketing terms and conditions are upheld with integrity and precision and play a key role in ensuring tickets are used fairly and in line with our terms and conditions—helping to protect the matchday experience for all supporters.

What we are looking for
You will have:
• Proven experience in analysing large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential data with discretion and integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, able to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
