Summary
Taskmaster Ltd are recruiting for a CNC Operator for a company in Doncaster DN8.
Location: Thorne, DN8
Pay: £12.95 – £15.58 per hour (depending on experience)
Shifts: Rotating – Monday to Friday 6am–2pm and Monday to Thursday 2pm–Midnight. Note: Flexibility with shifts is essential
Taskmaster Ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client in Thorne for an experienced CNC Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity to join a well established manufacturing team producing high quality furniture components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set a variety of wood machining equipment, including CNC machines
Read and work from engineering drawings
Maintain consistent product quality and meet production targets
Keep work areas clean and follow all health and safety procedures
Record production data and use systems like SAP
Support other production tasks as required
Requirements:
Experience in wood machining or similar manufacturing environment
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
Able to work rotating shifts
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and CNC operation experience
Desirable:
NVQ or similar qualification in Wood Machining
Experience using SAP or other manufacturing software
