Summary
We require a cleaner to maintain office and welfare facilities on our Coventry City Centre project. Welfare facilities are based within a live demolition project. The areas you will be cleaning will be used as office and rest areas for demolition staff and visitors.
Job Description
• Emptying bins
• Cleaning toilet areas
• Mopping floored areas
• Washing up (where required)
• Cleaning down kitchen areas
All equipment (mops, brooms etc) and cleaning consumables (bleach, disinfectants etc) will be provided.
Personal Qualities
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Able to communicate well with others (there will be interface with Armac staff)
• Conscientious and keen to provide a good service
• Basic knowledge of health and safety
