Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exceptional team of motivated and enthusiastic nurses and administrative staff responsible for running a portfolio of early phase clinical research trials, including academic & pharmaceutical studies.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with good interpersonal and organisational skills, who thrives on working independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is paramount, as are strong MS Office skills, and the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels at different establishments. The role requires previous administrative work experience, preferably within an NHS hospital healthcare setting. A full induction & orientation programme is provided.

The role requires a weekday work pattern and is funded for 25 hours per week.. The University of Southampton offers 20 days annual leave increasing annually, plus 8 bank holidays with an additional 6 extra statuary leave days over Easter & Christmas. (pro rata)
