We are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will develop and cultivate sales leads for our outdoor living products within the construction and commercial space, working with the company’s “GEO” brand / department, focusing on the landscaper / end user market.

Specifically, you will contact potential clients, build relationships and identify their needs, whilst effectively and enthusiastically communicating how our how our solutions can add real value.

Beyond this, you will also qualify leads, secure appointments, and ensure all customer information is accurately maintained within our CRM system to support a smooth sales process and maximise future opportunities.

Additionally, you will:

- Exceed daily, weekly and monthly Meaningful Sales Interaction (MSI) targets
- Follow up on conversations and track opportunities through the pipeline

About You

To be considered as a Business Development Executive, you will need:

- Successful experience in sales, telesales, or a business development role
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office programs
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
