Summary
CHARITY RETAIL ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT
Oak Tree Animals’ Charity has been helping animals for over 110 years and helping animals in need remains our prime objective.
We are looking for an exceptional individual assist in the role of Ecommerce at our site in Carlisle.
Oaktree Animals’ Charity retail operation is a community-based shopping experience with successful shops in our portfolio. Our shops are of the highest standard and are vibrant, innovative and value for money. We have a commitment to growth and there is no ceiling to our ambition.
Reporting to Retail Operations and responsible for developing the business, to generate income and raise awareness for Oak Tree Animals’ Charity.
Responsibilities
What we’re looking for in our Ecommerce Assistant :
· A strong knowledge of eBay, Listings, Pricing, Dispatching Items
· A highly self-motivated, positive and resilient individual
· The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people
· Confidence working well on own initiative
· Experience of working with eBay on is highly desirable, as is experience working in the charity retail sector
22.5 hours per week including patterns incorporating some weekends and bank holidays.
This is fast paced environment and exceptional communication with our customers is key to developing and protecting our online brand, at the heart of Cumbria's leading Animal Charity.
