Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments and team members.
Assist in the development and maintenance of filing systems and databases.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Respond to inquiries and manage communication both internally and externally.
Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting processes as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £12.21
