Summary
We require Lamb butchers for the boning out of primal for shops, restaurants, and hospitals
Very fast paced and physical work, with hours increasing during the seasonal production increases.
Working on legs, middles, and shoulders of the animal.
A skills test will be required before offer of the work

Self-employed offered with a valid UTR number from the HMRC
£22.40ph with weekly bonus up to £100 per week dependent on attendance
£18.50ph PAYE with weekly bonus up to £100 per week dependent on attendance
