Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) – £20 per Hour – Full-Time – Day Shifts



Our client, a well-established and welcoming care home, is looking for a compassionate and committed Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their friendly team. This purpose-built service provides expert nursing and dementia care for older adults in a warm, person-centred environment.



Whether you're an RGN or RMN with experience in elderly care, this is an opportunity to work in a supportive setting where your clinical skills and kindness will be genuinely valued.



As a Staff Nurse working day shifts, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, effective care that promotes independence and dignity. You’ll work alongside an experienced care team to support residents with a range of physical and cognitive needs.



What You’ll Need:



  • NMC-registered RGN or RMN

  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience, ideally in a care home setting

  • A strong understanding of the needs of older adults and people with dementia

  • Clinical confidence and good decision-making skills

  • A warm, person-centred approach to care

  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans

  • Administer medications and perform clinical interventions

  • Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to changes in health

  • Maintain accurate care records and documentation

  • Support and guide care staff to ensure consistent standards of care

  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
