Summary
Oatlands School is looking for an enthusiastic, committed and organised before and after school club manager to be responsible for the development and daily management of our popular before and after school club (OSCAR) starting in September 2025.
OSCAR club offers morning and after school play combined with safety and security to children from Oatlands School. It cares for up to 60 Oatlands School pupils aged between 4 and 7 and is situated within the school grounds, in a beautiful environment with excellent resources.
The successful candidate will be someone who:
Is positive, supportive and hardworking
Is able to plan and provide safe, creative play for young children
Has excellent communication skills with children and adults alike
Enjoys leading and working as part of a happy, dedicated team
Has undertaken or is willing to undertake, Designated Safeguarding Lead training
The part time position is for 5 afternoons a week from 2:30pm - 6:15pm Monday - Friday, term time only.
Salary: Surrey Pay Grade 7 FTE £32,512 - £34,654
